90-Day Revenue Acceleration Program
Ninety days inside your pipeline. Not a workshop with follow-up, and not a retainer with no end date. A defined intervention with a baseline at the start, a measurement at the end, and the managers carrying it afterwards.
The ninety days
Diagnose
Baseline, pipeline leaks, critical open deals and current manager practice.
Build
Process, playbook, CRM evidence criteria and the AI workflows the team will actually use.
Train and execute
Practical sessions and role play on live opportunities, applied the same week.
Coach and measure
Deal clinics, manager coaching, adoption and measurement against the baseline.
Managers are not an add-on to this program
You can train fifty sellers for two days and lose most of the change if ten managers go back on Monday and manage exactly as before. Manager coaching is built into the ninety days, applied to real deals, not taught as a separate module.
Observe
The manager sits in the conversation, not the summary of it.
Diagnose
What specifically did not happen in this deal, at which stage.
Practise
The correction rehearsed before the next call, not described after the loss.
Commit and measure
One behaviour, one deal, one week, reviewed.
What gets measured
Agreed at the start with the sponsor, measured against the day-zero baseline. We do not promise a revenue percentage, and you should be careful with anyone who does.
| Leading indicators | Lagging indicators |
|---|---|
| Discovery quality | Stage conversion |
| Share of opportunities properly qualified | Sales cycle length |
| Stakeholders per opportunity | Average deal size |
| Next-step compliance | Average discount |
| CRM completeness | Forecast accuracy |
| Coaching frequency | Ramp time to first close |
Improvement is anchored to commercial behaviour and to observable leakage in the pipeline. Any figure presented during the program comes from the client's own CRM.
Before you train the team, find where revenue is leaking.
Fifteen questions, about ten minutes. You get a score and the three areas where your commercial process loses the most opportunities.
